We dispatch all in-stock handles within 1 working day, with a Next Day delivery service.
In-stock orders placed by 1pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched by the following working day (please note for Next Day Delivery this means it may be 2 days in total for your order to be delivered). Orders placed after 1pm Thurs may not be dispatched until the following Monday, however we will always do our best to dispatch on the Friday.
Made-to-order handles will be dispatched and delivered within 5-6 weeks (stainless steel handles/bronze handles) or 8 weeks (black handles not in stock). The same shipping charges apply whether your handle/s are in-stock or made-to-order.

CUSTOMS & TAXES
Please note: orders being delivered outside the UK, may be subject to local country customs duty & taxes that will need to be paid by you before delivery. Do check your local guidelines to understand and account for these costs before purchasing.
We ship via reliable courier with deliveries made 5 days a week, Mon - Fri. Your order will need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for it, you’ll be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or to rearrange delivery.
We make every effort to achieve the timings stated above, however on very rare occasions your dispatch or delivery may be delayed. You will be notified if this instance should occur.
Our stainless steel and black coated handles, including our made-to-order-options, can all be returned following the steps below.
Our made-to-order bronze handles are custom-made and are NOT returnable. We recommend where possible, visiting our Buckinghamshire showroom to view the handles before purchase.
Any handles that have been fitted to the door or otherwise used beyond initial inspection out of the box will not be eligible for return, replacement or repair.
Need to return a stainless steel or black handle? No problem! Just follow these steps:
- Notify us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you decide you'd like to return an item or items. Please include your full name, items being returned and the order number (if available).
- We will respond within 1 working day to arrange a courier pick up of the item/s.
- We will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the items being returned to us, following confirmation that the following conditions are met:
- Handles must not have been fitted to the door or used in any other way other than to initially inspect them
- All original tags must be attached
- All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
- All items must be in saleable condition
It may take 3-5 working days from processing for the refund to appear back in your account depending on your bank.
Refunds will be made in full, minus the the cost of return (the cost of return will at maximum, be the same as the original shipping charge). If the return is due to the incorrect item being sent, items that have arrived damaged or faulty, all postage costs will be reimbursed.
EUROPE & N. AMERICA
If you'd like to make a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order with your full name, items being returned and your order number. You will be responsible for arranging return shipping (we recommend a secure method with tracking and insurance). Your return will be processed in the same way as above following successful receipt of the parcel.
