About our handmade bronze handles

Our bronze handles are exclusively designed by Push Pull and handmade in cast solid bronze, right here in the UK.

The production of handmade goods means that while the design will stay the same each time, every handle may vary slightly in surface texture or colour and this may include tiny nicks and burrs and/or negligible discolourations. These minor variances create the aged and unique beauty of every handle and are considered a normal part of handmade manufacturing.

Our solid bronze handles are a natural material. This means that over time, the handle may show some small visual evolutions, like natural darkening. This is a normal feature of most natural metals and any changes that do occur, will usually do so gradually over many years.

ABOUT DELIVERY

We ship via reliable courier with deliveries made 5 days a week, Mon - Fri. Your order will need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for it, you’ll be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or to rearrange delivery.

We make every effort to achieve the timings stated above, however on very rare occasions your dispatch or delivery may be delayed. You will be notified if this instance should occur.

Returns

Our stainless steel and black coated handles, including our made-to-order-options, can all be returned following the steps below.

Our made-to-order bronze handles are custom-made and are NOT returnable. We recommend where possible, visiting our Buckinghamshire showroom to view the handles before purchase.

Any handles that have been fitted to the door or otherwise used beyond initial inspection out of the box will not be eligible for return, replacement or repair.

UK

Need to return a stainless steel or black handle? No problem! Just follow these steps:

Notify us at sales@pushpull.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order if you decide you'd like to return an item or items. Please include your full name, items being returned and the order number (if available).
We will respond within 1 working day to arrange a courier pick up of the item/s.
We will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the items being returned to us, following confirmation that the following conditions are met:

Handles must not have been fitted to the door or used in any other way other than to initially inspect them
All original tags must be attached
All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
All items must be in saleable condition

It may take 3-5 working days from processing for the refund to appear back in your account depending on your bank.

Refunds will be made in full, minus the the cost of return (the cost of return will at maximum, be the same as the original shipping charge). If the return is due to the incorrect item being sent, items that have arrived damaged or faulty, all postage costs will be reimbursed.

EUROPE & N. AMERICA

If you'd like to make a return, please contact us at sales@pushpull.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with your full name, items being returned and your order number. You will be responsible for arranging return shipping (we recommend a secure method with tracking and insurance). Your return will be processed in the same way as above following successful receipt of the parcel.
