Shipping & Returns


Push Pull aims to deliver orders to UK customers in 2 to 5 days if the item is in stock and has been identified as in stock when you place your order. Items that are labelled bespoke will be delivered up to 4-6 weeks from time of order.

For customers who require delivery outside of the UK, please allow up to 10 working days on stock items and up to 6-8 weeks on bespoke items. We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.

All our orders are sent by courier which require a signature. You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order letting you know it is on its way. If there is no answer at the address when your parcel arrives, you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.

UK Next Day Delivery
Please advise us by email if you’d like your delivery next day before placing an order online. We may have to check if it is possible to do so depending on availability of product.

International Delivery


Have you received something you want to return? No problem!
You can return stock items that you are not completely happy with for a refund, within 15 days of receiving them. You should have received a return label with your order through UPS. We only return through UPS who have various access points around the country.  You can find these by going to:

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost.  If you wish to request reimbursement for postage due to an incorrectly advertised, damaged or faulty item just get in touch with us and we will reimburse your postage costs if applicable. Please be aware that the maximum amount we can refund you is the standard UPS recorded delivery cost.

All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:

  • All original tags must be attached
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
  • All items must be in saleable condition

Once we receive your returns parcel we will then process your refund to the card from which the original payment was made and at the price you purchased your item/s at (this includes sales items). This may take up to a week after the item has been redelivered to us.

Please ensure to keep the receipt giving to you when you drop off your UPS package. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.
